A non-refundable deposit of 35% is required to secure all appointments, unless the total service fee is paid in full upfront.. The deposit will be applied toward your total service fee. This deposit covers travel, scheduling, and administrative time and is not part of the notarization fee, which is set by New York State law at $2 per signature.

The deposit must be made within 30 minutes from receipt of the services agreement to avoid risking the loss of your preferred appointment time. 

Clients who choose to pay in full upfront are not required to sign a service agreement.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • CANCELLATIONS: Full payments are partially refundable when an appointment is canceled at least 3 hours before the scheduled appointment time. Any refund will exclude the 35% non-refundable despot. Cancellations made less than 3 hours before the appointment are non-refundable.

  • RESCHEDULING: Appointments may be scheduled once with at least 3 hours’ notice, subject to availability.

  • AFTER TRAVEL BEGINS: If you cancel after travel begins or fail to show within 15 minutes of the scheduled time, a full service fee will be charged. and any payments made are non-refundable.

If I Need to Cancel or Reschedule

In the rare event that I must reschedule or cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be notified as soon as possible. You’ll have the option to:

  • Reschedule at no additional cost

  • Receive a full refund of any payments made (including your deposit)
