Courier/Document Drop-off or Pick-Up

Secure pickup and delivery of documents throughout Suffolk and Nassau Counties. Pricing is based on distance, number or stops, turnaround times, and service requirements.

Parking, tolls, wait-time, and expedited service may result in additional fees.

Mobile Travel Fees

  • 0-10 miles: $30 (Tier 1)

  • 11-20 miles: $45 (Tier 2)

  • 21-30 miles: $60 (Tier 3)

  • 31-40 miles: $80 (Tier 4)

  • 41+: By quote only (Tier 5)

  • Hamptons/East End: Custom quote with $100 minimum

*Travel fees include one notarization. Additional notarizations are $2 per signature (as per NYS law).

    • If you cancel after arrival or fail to show within 30 minutes of the scheduled time, a full service fee will be charged.
