Fill out the form below to request an appointment for general mobile notary services. This is not a confirmed booking. I’ll review your request and reach out to confirm the date and time shortly. If your requested time is unavailable, you will be contacted with alternate options.

To secure your appointment, you may choose one of the following payment options:

  • Pay a deposit and sign a service agreement (sent via email)

  • Pay in full upfront (no service agreement required)

Once both are completed, your appointment will be officially confirmed.

Availability:

  • Monday-Friday: 6pm- 10pm EST

  • Saturday: By Appointment Only (varies)

  • Sunday: 12pm-10pm EST

Deposit Policy

A non-refundable deposit of 35% is required to secure all appointments, unless the total service fee is paid in full upfront.. The deposit will be applied toward your total service fee. This deposit covers travel, scheduling, and administrative time and is not part of the notarization fee, which is set by New York State law at $2 per signature.

The deposit must be made within 30 minutes from receipt of the services agreement to avoid risking the loss of your preferred appointment time. 

Clients who choose to pay in full upfront are not required to sign a service agreement.
