Cancellation & Refund Policy
Deposits are non-refundable. If you choose to secure your appointment with a deposit, it will be applied toward your final service total, but is non-refundable under any circumstance.
Full payments are partially refundable. If you paid in full and cancel at least 12 hours in advance, you may be eligible for a partial refund, minus the 35% non-refundable deposit. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 12 hours of your scheduled appointment.
Rescheduling allowed once, with at least 12-24 hours’ notice.
If you cancel after arrival or fail to show within 30 minutes of the scheduled time, a full service fee will be charged.
If I Need to Cancel or Reschedule
In the rare event that I must reschedule or cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be notified as soon as possible. You’ll have the option to:
Reschedule at no additional cost
Receive a full refund of any payments made (including your deposit)
Client satisfaction and professionalism are top priorities, and I’ll always do my best to accommodate you promptly and respectfully.
